jetable.org is a site that forwards emails for you. When you sign up on a website, it gives you a random-looking email address that you can use to register accounts or for other purposes. Emails go to their server first and are then forwarded to you, so your real email address is never exposed.

Summary: Some people may worry that the site will leak your information to advertisers. There’s no need to worry about that. It’s a service provided by APINC (a non-commercial internet organization), which is why you won’t notice any ads on its pages XD. Personally, I think it’s a great service!!
